Please note your booking is not confirmed until we have emailed confirmation. If you have not had a reply within 48 hours, please contact the office.
If it is your first time horse riding with us or you have not ridden with us in the last 12 months, you may be asked to attend an introductory session before the activity to assess your skills in order to allocate the correct level horse/pony. If this is not possible, a suitable low level horse/pony will be allocated.
We reserve the right to substitute a horse/pony at any stage before or during the activity.
