The past two years have been a challenge for all of us which has drawn more attention than ever to how important our emotional wellbeing is.

Here’s how we want to help…

Horses are intelligent, gentle, and calm animals. This makes them well suited to interacting with others in a patient, non-judgemental way. They help lower stress, improve confidence and help mental focus and concentration. Fresh air and natural daylight is vital for our physical and mental wellbeing so we would like you to join us with a small group (6 people max) of likeminded individuals for a hands on session with Helen Cunninghame BHSAI.

Open to everyone & no equestrian experience necessary.
